A more contemporary style of reformer workout, this class varies from traditional sequencing and uses the reformer for the ultimate anti-resistance workout. Each will move through targeted blocks of exercises designed to work you to your edge through slow controlled movements. Low impact but HIGH intensity.
This classical class blends traditional sequences like footwork with long box, with functional movement in a continuous flow. You will build technique, and control while still challenging your strength. It’s a great place for growing practitioners and for those who want to focus on form and function.
Meet STACKED — A REFORME signature class! 30 minutes of reformer flow meets 30 minutes of mat strength for the ultimate mind-body burn. This class adds both contrast and intensity to your Pilates practice; builds muscle, fires up your core, and leaves you feeling strong, balanced, and seriously stacked.
This session is designed for individuals seeking customized instruction in the Pilates method.
Depending on your needs, our instructors use methods in corrective exercise, Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, breath work, fascia remodeling, and strength training to create a practice and workout tailored to your body’s needs.
