At Solshine, we don’t just teach postures, or exercises — we teach people how to teach. Our training goes far beyond memorizing a sequence. You’ll learn the principles of movement science, intelligent sequencing, and the psychology of your students so you can lead classes that truly connect.
Through the blend of mindfulness, meditation, and fitness science, you’ll develop the tools to design and deliver classes that are both results-driven and rooted in presence.

200 Hour Teacher Training
Build a solid foundation, deepen your own personal practice, establish your teaching strengths, and uncover your unique voice.
The Empowered Yoga Teacher training provides a solid foundation in Yoga Asana along with Mat Strength to provide students with a sound in how to deliver a class that delivers results.

Learn to teach Mat classes and Yoga sculpt classes. This training focuses on the foundations of group fitness teaching, strength training principles, teaching to music, and how to deliver modern, fun, and creative classes using classical methodologies as an anchor.
